The above reductions apply to groups of 3-4 guests using two bedrooms, and 1-2 guests using one bedroom (all bedrooms are en-suite).
If an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom is required an extra charge of £100 will apply, or £50 for additional bathroom only.
A further discount is available for 1-2 guests using the ground floor only – please contact us for details.

• Lettings are normally Sunday to Sunday (but please contact us if you would like a different day of arrival)
• Short breaks subject to availability (minimum 4 nights)
• Check in time between 5pm – 8pm.  Check out time 10am
• A Good-Housekeeping/Security deposit will be required
• Children under 12 years accepted by prior arrangement only
• One well-behaved dog may be accepted by prior arrangement (rules and small fee applicable)
• Part catering and/or housekeeping services available by prior arrangement
• Nearest local shop 2-miles
• Nearest town Aberlour 4-miles with shops, hotels, cafes and EV charging points
